Comment xactix SNF 2008-02-04 14:14:55: source chamber leak?

expansion chamber was at 0.3torr.  when i opened the source chamber valve, the pressure went up to >46torr.  xef2 crystals sublimates to 4torr at room temp.  leak into source chamber likely.
