Closed off the XeF2 cylinder valve and ran a leak up test on the rest of the gas line. Leak rate is about 10 mT/min. I have no baseline so I do not know if this is normal. User observed that the cylinder pressure went up to about 8 Torr (should be 4 Torr). He will check the pressure again tomorrow.
