both chambers bottom out at -300mtorr.  recalibrated to +50mtorr.

Helium leak checked the system and found a leak at the XeF2 cylinder valve.  We need to order a new cylinder.

System is OK to use.  The small leak has mostly likely been there since the start-up of the tool.
