All,

I have put the Gold, Semiclean and Clean platens in the fab.  They 
are located in plastic boxes below the system.  Please make sure you 
use the appropriate platen for your sample.  Please remove the platen 
and return it to the correct box once you have finished.  Please do 
not leave it in the system, since a following user may forget to 
change the platens before use.
