found YES oven sounding an alarm, with p-fail displayed on the read-out.  the temperature is also very low, around 138.  i reset it.

The program was lost. Checked back-up battery voltage in controller- OK. Reprogrammed the controller. Tested system-OK. Refilled and pumped down HMDS flask.

Vented the chamber and made adjustment to the purge N2. Also replaced the GP 275 convection guage to resolve the intermittent  failures for "Chamber leak check. The guade was acting sluggish and unresponsive and needle would get stuck.. Tested system = All OK.
