Someone moved the cassettes with two brown buttons elsewhere in litho, so the YES oven boxes have cassettes with just one brown button. Who knows how many times YES oven has been run with these resist-contaminated cassettes. I found the cassettes with two brown buttons and put them back beside YES, but they were likely used for resist processing and will need to be cleaned.
