From npapte at snf.stanford.edu Wed Apr 11 22:26:20 2012 From: npapte at snf.stanford.edu (npapte at snf.stanford.edu) Date: Wed, 11 Apr 2012 22:26:20 -0700 Subject: Problem zygo SNF 2012-04-11 22:26:20: cannot save data file Message-ID: The Zygo itself works fine and the data aquisition seems normal, but while saving the acquired data into the .dat file, 'sometimes' it gave the error message "cannot save data file XXX.dat to directory XXX; cannot save file" and the data won't be saved correctly. This creates trouble since it can get stuck there for 20 min and then suddenly it's back to normal again. Maybe the software is unstable? If you have to save files, on the F drive only.
