Hello Everyone,
    Latest word on Zygo is that they have the P.O. and will talk to the 
factory in Connecticut  to order the board , when they have the board 
they will call and schedule service.  Hopefully by early next week.ted

Subject: Zygo Update

Hello all ,
    As most of you know we have been  having difficulties with Zygo the 
last few weeks.  Today the instrumentation board was replaced and step 
standards measured. the metropro software was also updated to version 
7.11 from 7.3 there may be a few things that look a bit different such 
as pull down menus instead of  having to select the individual items. 
Please let me knw if there are any issues.  thanks,ted
