Between the Cleanroom and satellite labs, SNF houses some 200 instruments for fabrication and in-line characterization of devices and structures. To view our equipment, we offer the following:
- Searchable Table by name. This master table lists all fab-related equipment. You can search by equipment name and filter by process technique.
- Filter by process technique. This allows you to search the equipment table for all the equipment by process, using handy graphical chart.

(Please note that the Labuser guide currently covers only the SNF Cleanroom, MOCVD lab, and ExFab - not the Electronics Shop or SNSF.)
